COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS FOR PEER REVIEW
DDF CPA Group has established an internal quality control system to provide reasonable assurance that it: (1) has established, and is following, adequate audit policies and procedures and (2) has adopted, and is following, applicable auditing standards.
The firm has undergone an external peer review conducted by its peers and received a rating of "pass" (see copy of most recent report). Such a review is performed every three years to provide assurance the firm is operating in compliance with an internal quality control system. Each peer review includes a review of specific governmental audit and Single Audit Act engagements.
Our Team
C.E. "EDDIE" DOUGLAS, CPA
Eddie is a shareholder of the firm with specialty areas in income tax planning, business coaching and consulting. His favorite projects are finding strategies to minimize taxes. In his time off, Eddie enjoys reading fiction and spending time with his Labrador retrievers.
LORA L. DOUGLAS, CPA, CITP
Lora is a shareholder of the firm. She specializes in accounting software planning, implementation, and QuickBooks® support. She has many years of accounting and auditing experience. Her favorite projects are solving accounting problems for clients using technology. In her spare time, Lora enjoys quilting and machine embroidery.
DAVID C. MASON, CPA, CVA, CFST
David, a shareholder of the firm, specializes in taxation. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified in Florida Sales tax (CFST). His favorite projects are IRS audits. In his spare time, David enjoys traveling to major league baseball games, reading, shooting sporting clays and targets and fishing. David has judged several Memphis in May and other sanctioned BBQ contests around the lower southern states. His ribs are the best!
VANESSA W. HADDOCK
Vanessa, a client service manager, works closely with clients in tax and accounting matters. She is a Certified http://proadvisor.intuit.com/search/index-standalone.html#/>QuickBooks® Pro Advisor and finds QuickBooks consulting to be her favorite project. In her spare time, she enjoys movies, shopping, playing basketball and spending time with her son.
KATHY TYE
Kathy, a staff accountant, splits her time between tax, audit, financial statement preparation and managing our Orange Park (Fleming Island) office. Kathy assists clients with securing financing, as she has extensive experience in the banking industry. Kathy is currently studying for the CPA exam. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and boating.
